Hillary Clinton isn’t worried about RNC Chairman Reince Priebus’s critique of her performance at Wednesday’s national security forum hosted by NBC, and doesn’t plan to take his advice to smile more.
After the forum, Priebus took to Twitter to unleash his take that [email protected] was angry + defensive the entire time — no smile and uncomfortable — upset that she was caught wrongly sending our secrets.”

A reporter asked if Clinton senses a “double standard” in how she’s discussed, because she’s a woman.
“I’m going to let all of you ponder that last question,” Clinton responded. “I think there will be a lot of PhD theses and popular journalism writing on that subject from years to come. But I don’t take my advice and I don’t take anything seriously that comes from the RNC.”
Clinton has received similar criticism about raising her voice during speeches that many have deemed a sexist double standard that would not have been made for a male presidential candidate.
